The case and everything was good except the drill looked like it was used at a construction site for a few months. These flaws are only cosmetic so far. Very well built product and the one time I have used it it worked well. My b-law has a Ryobi 18 volt he bought new and he was very impressed for the money I paid for it. The battery on the Rigid didn't flop around like on the Ryobi.
